Site Specific Positions

Site Manager​ - Oversees the general administrative function and activities of the office. They are also responsible for team member feedback and discipline actions.

Medical Provider​ - ​Evaluates patients, performs selected laboratory testing, writes prescriptions, and performs office procedures within the scope of expertise, protocols, and available equipment.

Medical Assistant​ - ​performs a wide variety of patient care duties which include measuring vital signs, recording documentation in the Electronic Medical Record, and preparing treatment rooms for examination of patients.

Case Manager​ - ​assists in communicating and providing services through the clinic while maintaining compliance with all patient records and Department of Health regulations.

Intake Coordinator​ - ​performs all patient intakes while explaining clinic programs, initiating required forms, and answering patient questions.

Front Desk​ - ​interacts with patients by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.

Community Outreach Representative​ - ​assist patients in obtaining services, understanding policies, and making health care decisions. They also maintain all agency and patient relationships.

Patient Coordinator​ - ​operates a company vehicle equipped to provide non emergency transport to individuals by offering safe custom transportation to medical appointments and treatments.
